APPLICATION FOR DELISTING



On 15.04.2002 Hansa Aktivate Juhtimise AS submitted to Tallinn Stock 

Exchange (TSE) an application for delisting of Balti Kasvufond shares. 

The delisting decision was made for the reason that listing at TSE 

does not create additional value for shareholders or potential investors 

of Balti Kasvufond.
