CHANGES IN SUBSTANTIAL SHAREHOLDINGS



Hansapank's shareholding in Merko Ehitus is 8.18 not 58.18 as 

disclosed previously.

As of 29.04.2002 the following significant changes have taken place 

in the ownership structure of the companies listed on the Tallinn 

Stock Exchange, compared with the standings disclosed earlier.
