CONCLUDING A CONTRACT



On 29th of April AS Merko Ehitus and Tallinna Prügila AS concluded a 

contract for I stage construction works of Tallinn landfill. 

Price of the contract is EEK 66 360 000 (4 241 166 euros), plus VAT.

The construction works will be launched immediately and have to be 

completed 30 October 2002 at the latest.
