PROCEEDINGS IN PKG ACTION CLOSED



On 28.08.2001 the Listing Committee of Tallinn Stock

Exchange (TSE) decided to end the listing of securities

of Pro Kapital Group (PKG) on TSE.



PKG contested the aforementioned decision, and filed an

action to annul the Listing Committee’s decision to the

Arbitration Court of TSE.



On 20.05.2002 PKG dismissed its action. On 22.05.2002 the

Arbitration Court closed the proceedings.



Thus the decision of the Listing Committee regarding

delisting of PKG securities will remain effective and is

not a subject to contestation.
