ADDITIONAL MEMBER OF BOARD



Council of Saku Brewery Ltd. decided to appoint Mr. Marko Loos 

(born January 1967) as additional member of board with mandate

 for three years.

Mr. Loos mandate takes effect back from 1 May 2002 

till 30 April 2005.

M. Loos is not shareholder of Saku Brewery Ltd.
