AS Eesti Telekom will fix the list of shareholders for dividend payments

on 05.06.2002. at 8.00 a.m.



Proceeding from the above, shares of Eesti Telekom are traded

cum-dividend for year 2001 for the last day today, on 30.05.2002.

The shares will go ex-dividend for year 2001 from 31.05.2002.



Eesti Telekom will pay dividends EEK 5.50 (EUR 0.35) per share.
