LISTING COMMITTEE'S DECISION 31.07.2002



LISTING COMMITTEE'S DECISION ON TRADING SUSPENSION IN SAMPO PANK SHARES



On 31.07.2002 the Listing Committee of Tallinn Stock Exchange (TSE) decided 

to approve, in accordance with article 10.3.2. of chapter "Requirements for 

Issuers" of the TSE Rules and Regulations, the decision of the Managing 

Director of TSE of 30.07.2002, based on which the trading in AS Sampo Pank 

shares was suspended from 30.07. until 01.08.2002.



The Managing Director of TSE decided to suspend trading in AS Sampo Pank 

shares based on the respective application of Sampo Pank.
