DELISTING OF SAMPO PANK SHARES



On 14.08.2002 the Tallinn Stock Exchange Listing Committee decided 

to satisfy application of Sampo Pank for delisting from the Tallinn 

Stock Exchange Main List. 



Sampo Pank shares will be delisted on 19.08.2002. Sampo Pank shares 

are traded through the Tallinn Stock Exchange trading 

system for the last day on Friday, 16.08.2002.
