CONCLUDING A CONTRACT



AS Merko Ehitus and OÜ Linnasaare Kinnisvara, a subsidiary of the Ober-Haus 

Real Estate Group, has concluded a contract for construction works of 

shopping center, Mustakivi 13, Tallinn. 

Total area of the shopping center will be ca 24,000 m2. 70% of the rental 

area has been preleased, with the main anchor tenants being Kesko with a 

10,000 m2 hypermarket and Giacomelli Sport.   

Design works will be launched during September and the building will be 

opened at the beginning of October 2003. 

Hansabank and L.B. Keil Bank are the providers of project finance.
