CONDITIONAL LISTING OF BALTIKA SHARES



On September 24, 2002 the Tallinn Stock Exchange Listing Committee 

decided to satisfy application of AS Baltika and to list 644 450 

additionally issued shares of AS Baltika conditionally on the TSE I-List. 

 

The resolution will become effective after the company's share capital 

increase is registered with the Commercial Registry.
