LISTING OF BALTIKA SHARES



After meeting the requirement set by the Tallinn Stock Exchange 

Listing Committee in its conditional listing decision from 24.09.2002, 

644 450 additionally issued ordinary shares of AS Baltika are listed 

on TSE I-List starting from tomorrow, 08.10.2002. Altogether 5 444 450 

ordinary shares of AS Baltika (ISIN: EE3100003609) are traded on the 

TSE I-List under shortname BLT1T as of tomorrow, 08.10.2002.
