CONCLUDING A CONTRACT



On November 7th 2002 AS Merko Ehitus and AS Tallinna Sadam concluded

a contract for construction works of Port of Muuga berth no. 9A/10A. 

Design works will be launched during November and construction works

are scheduled to be completed within July 2003.

Price of the contract is EEK 100 900 000 (6 448 669 euros), plus VAT.
