LISTING PROCEDURE ON BALTIKA ISSUE



In accordance with the documents received on 23.01.2003, the Tallinn 

Stock Exchange (TSE) started the procedures for listing 15,500 AS Baltika 

shares. As of 28.01.2003, 5,444,450 shares of AS Baltika are listed on 

the TSE Investors List.

 

The Tallinn Stock Exchange will publish the resolutions of the 

Listing Committee made during the listing procedure.
