CONDITIONAL LISTING OF BALTIKA SHARES



On February 14, 2003 the Tallinn Stock Exchange Listing Committee decided 

to satisfy application of AS Baltika and to list 15 500 additionally issued 

shares of AS Baltika conditionally on the TSE Main List. 

 

The resolution will become effective after the company's share capital 

increase is registered with the Commercial Registry and new shares are 

registered with Estonian Central Securities Depository.
