HARJU ELEKTER TRANSFERRED TO MAIN LIST



On February 14, 2003 the Tallinn Stock Exchange Listing Committee 

decided to satisfy application of AS Harju Elekter and to transfer 

5 400 000 shares of AS Harju Elekter from TSE I-List to TSE Main List

on February 17, 2003.
