ADDING WATCH NOTATION TO KALEV SHARES



On 05.03.2003 Tallinn Stock Exchange Managing Director decided to add a watch 

notation to shares of AS Kalev proceeding form article 3.5.4.6. of chapter 

Supervision of the Tallinn Stock Exchange (TSE) Rules and Regulations. 



The security was marked with watch notation due to conduct of special audit 

in the company. The Exchange shall publish a notice on the discontinuance of 

the use of a watch notation without delay.
