LISTING PROCEDURE ON BALTIKA ISSUE



In accordance with the documents received on 16.05.2003, the Tallinn 

Stock Exchange (TSE) started the procedures for listing 39,500 AS Baltika 

shares. As of 19.05.2003, 5,459,950 shares of AS Baltika are listed on 

the TSE Main List.

 

The Tallinn Stock Exchange will publish the resolutions of the 

Listing Committee made during the listing procedure.
