CONCLUDING A CONTRACT



On August 18th 2003 AS Merko Ehitus and Kunstimuuseumi Ehituse

Sihtasutus concluded a contract for construction works of a new

building of Eesti Kunstimuuseum.

Price of the contract is EEK 518 938 100 incl. VAT (33 166 105

euros incl. VAT). Completion time for the works is set on year 2005.

Technical data:

Cubic content - 123 200 m3

Total area - 23 910 m2

No of storeys - 2+5, of which two first are technical floors.
