CHANGE IN REPORTING STRUCTURE



Hansabank Group will publish Q2 2003 results at 9:00 am on Friday, 22

August 2003.

Hansabank will change the reporting structure starting from this

quarter in order to give a better overview of the Group’s activities.

In addition to consolidated results, the Group will start to publish

country-based reports (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and other) instead

of the previously used legal and business unit based reporting.
