CHANGES TO AS HANSA CAPITAL BOARD



Following the changes to Hansabank Group structure effective from

October 1 and the transformation of Hansa Capital into an intra-Group

holding company, all board members of Hansa Capital will be recalled.

Kristina Siimar, the Group CFO will be elected as the new board member

of the company.
