CEOS OF AS EMT AND ELION



The Supervisory Board of Elion Enterprises Ltd, which  is

fully  owned  by AS Eesti Telekom, decided  yesterday  (3

December  2003)  to accept Valdo Kalm’s resignation  from

the  position of CEO of Elion Enterprises Ltd.  as  of  1

February  2004.  In accordance with the 4  November  2003

decision  of the Supervisory Board of AS EMT, Valdo  Kalm

will continue as CEO of AS EMT.



The Supervisory Board of Elion Enterprises Ltd decided to

appoint  Valdur Laid, who is presently CFO and Member  of

the  Management Board, to the position of  CEO  of  Elion

Enterprises Ltd as of 1 February 2004.



The Supervisory Board of Elion Enterprises Ltd decided to

appoint  Valev Tõnisson, who presently holds the position

of  Deputy  CFO  in the company, as a new member  of  the

Management  Board  of  Elion  Enterprises  Ltd  as  of  1

February 2004. Valev Tõnisson will assume the position of

CFO of Elion Enterprises Ltd as of 1 February 2004.

AS EMT as of 4 November 2003.



Does not own AS Eesti Telekom shares.

2001  - Master of Business Administration, IMD (Lausanne,

Switzerland).

Elion Enterprises Ltd



Does not own AS Eesti Telekom shares.



Valev Tõnisson

Has worked as Deputy CFO of Elion Enterprises Ltd for the

past three years. Does not own AS Eesti Telekom shares.
