SELVER EXPANDS TO KURESSAARE



On December 19 AS A-Selver, daughter company of Tallinna Kaubamaja AS,

concluded a long-term lease agreement with a real estate developer Saare

Kinnisvara for operating a new supermarket in Kuressaare (address: Tallinna

mnt. 67). The planned sales area of the new Selver is 1250 sq m. The size of

the investment is 7 million kroons (0,45 million euros) and the payback period

7 years. The centre is to be opened in June next year.
