COMMENTS ON INFO PROVIDED BY BNS



An explanation to information provided to BNS on 28 January 2003 

'According to the informtaion of Ministry of Finance the 2003 business 

profit of Port of Tallinn belonging to the state was EEK 970 m, 

the net profit was EEK 318 m'.



The published information is the forecast of Ministry of Finance 

in relation to government draft regulation on the allocation of dividends 

payable to 2004 state budget by state companies and companies, 

where the state has at least required interest.



The Port of Tallinn unaudited financial results of 2003 will be announced 

in the end of February 2004 and will be published in accordance with the 

rules and regulations of the stock market through the stock market trading 

system.
