PROCEDURES FOR LISTING SAMPO PANK BONDS



In accordance with the documents received on 28.01.2004, the Tallinn 

Stock Exchange (TSE) started the procedures for listing 16 000 subordinated 

floating rate notes of AS Sampo Pank (nominal value 1000 EUR) on the TSE 

Bonds List.

 

TSE will publish the resolutions of the TSE Listing and Surveillance 

Committee made during the listing procedure.
