CARNEGIE STARTS TRADING ON TSE

The Management Board of TSE approved the memberhip application
of Carnegie Investment Bank AB, Finland Branch on 23.02.2004.

Carnegie is an independent Nordic investment bank operating
in Securities, Investment Banking and Asset Management & Private Banking.
Carnegie provides a wide array of financial products and services to Nordic
and international clients from offices in seven countries: Sweden, Denmark,
Norway, Finland, Luxembourg, the UK and the US. Carnegie Investment Bank AB,
Finland Branch will trade from Helsinki.

The start of trading day of Carnegie will be announced separately.

The number of TSE member firms is now 13, four of them are trading
from abroad.
