AS Norma will close the list of shareholders for dividend payments 

on 01.06.2004 at 8.00 a.m.



Proceeding from the above, shares of AS Norma are traded cum-dividend 

for year 2003 for the last day today, on 26.05.2004. The shares will go 

ex-dividend for year 2003 tomorrow, on 27.05.2004.



AS Norma will pay dividend EEK 5.00 (EUR 0.32) per share.
