NEW MEMBERS OF THE BOARD



The Council of Hansabank appointed Druvis Murmanis, the new CEO of the

Group’s Russian operations and Priit Põldoja, the new head of Estonian

retail operations, as the members of the Board of Hansabank Group.

According to the Council’s decision, their mandate starts from 1 July.



Druvis Murmanis has been working in Hansabank Group’s Latvian unit

since 1993. For the past 3 years he has been in charge of the Latvian

Corporate Banking Division.

Priit Põldoja has been in Hansabank Group since 1998 and from 2000

until the Spring of 2004 he headed the Group’s Investment Management

Division.



Mr. Põldoja owns 10 000 Hansabank shares, Mr Murmanis does not own any

shares in Hansabank.
