NORDEA BANK TO REPLACE NORDEA SECURITIES AS TSE MEMBER FIRM



Due to structural changes in Nordea group, all rights and obligations of 

Nordea Securities Oyj will be transferred to its legal successor, Nordea Bank 

Finland Plc. Thus, as of 1 July 2004 the member of Tallinn Stock Exchange 

(TSE) is Nordea Bank Finland Plc. All trading codes of Nordea Securities Oyj 

in the TSE trading system will be valid for Nordea Bank Finland Plc.
