ABOUT QUALIFYING HOLDINGS



The notice of acquisition of a qualifying holding in AS Klementi,

Saku Õlletehase AS and AS Viisnurk, issued by ING Luxembourg S.A., 

arrived at the Estonian CSD today, on July 14, 2004.



In compliance with §§ 185 and 187 of the Securities Market Act, 

ING Luxembourg S.A.sent a notice to the person maintaining the share 

register of Klementi, Saku Õlletehas and Viisnurk about changes 

in its holding.



According to the notice, ING Luxembourg S.A holds Klementi, 

Saku Õlletehas and Viisnurk shares on behalf of its client, 

DCF Fund (II), whereas the client's holding is divided as follows:
