TRADING IN EESTI TELEKOM SHARES



After meeting the requirements set by the Tallinn Stock Exchange Listing and 

Surveillance Committee in its conditional listing decision from 21.06.2004., 

100 additionally issued A-shares of AS Eesti Telekom are listed starting 

today, 31.08.2004. 



At the same time, after registration of 310,000 additionally issued A-shares 

of AS Eesti Telekom with Business Registry and re-registration of the shares 

with Estonian CSD, the mentioned shares will be transfered from shortname 

ETL3T to shortname ETLAT as of today, 31.08.2004.



Thus, altogether 137,954,528 A-shares of AS Eesti Telekom (ISIN:EE3100007220) 

will be traded on the TSE Main List under common shortname ETLAT as of today, 

31.08.2004.
