NEW MANAGEMENT BOARD MEMBERS OF ELION



The  supervisory  board of Elion Ettevõtted AS,  which  is  fully

owned by Eesti Telekom Ltd, decided today (September 2, 2004)  to

appoint  three new members of the management board and call  back

one management board member.



The  supervisory  board appointed Jaak Jõgi, Sales  and  Customer

Care  Director, Margus Kurm, Products and Services Director,  and

Arti Ots, Marketing Director to the positions of management board

member.  Ahto Orav´s letter of resignation has been  accepted  by

the  supervisory  board of Elion Ettevõtted  AS.  New  management

board members do not own Eesti Telekom shares.



Irina  Morozova, Director of Telenetworks, Agur Jõgi, CIO,  Valev

Tõnisson,  CFO,  and Rein Astrik, Regulatory  and  Legal  Affairs

Director  will continue as members of management board  of  Elion

Ettevõtted AS.
