CHANGE IN THE MANAGEMENT BOARD



CHANGE IN THE MANAGEMENT BOARD OF AS RAKVERE LIHAKOMBINAAT AND 

ITS SUBSIDIARY AS RIGAS MIESNIEKS



According to the decision of the supervisory board of AS Rakvere 

Lihakombinaat of 1st September 2004, Valdis Gailitis, chairman of 

the management board of Rigas Miesnieks, subsidiary of AS Rakvere 

Lihakombinaat, was recalled on the basis of his personal 

application.  From 3rd September the new chairman of the management 

board is Toomas Koovit, hitherto production and technical director 

of AS Rakvere Lihakombinaat.

Toomas Koovit does not hold any shares of Rakvere Lihakombinaat at 

present. 

The management board members of Rigas Miesnieks are Toomas Koovit, 

Veimo Beilmann, Astra Sennikova, Oksana Svagers, Sniedze Cierule.



According to the decision of the supervisory board of AS Rakvere 

Lihakombinaat of 1st September 2004, Hans Johan Alander, management 

board member of AS Rakvere Lihakombinaat, was recalled from 

15.09.2004.



From 15.09.2004 the management board members of AS Rakvere 

Lihakombinaat are Olle Horm, Siim Kallast, Toomas Koovit, 

Veimo Beilmann.
