COMMUNICATIONS BOARD CHANGED ITS PRECEPT



Estonian  National  Communications  Board  changed  its   earlier

precept  on  request  of Eesti Telekom´s  100%  subsidiary  Elion

Enterprises  that required to reduce its national interconnection

prices.



Elion  Enterprises  received  the prescription  of  the  Estonian

National  Communications Board on June  25  that  required  Elion

to   reduce its  national interconnection prices on an average 20

per  cent. Elion presented an exception to the Estonian  National

Communication  Board that resulted the changing  of  the  earlier

precept.  According to the new precept from the Estonian National

Communications   Board,  Elion  has  to   reduce   its   national

interconnection  prices on an average 17 per cent  starting  from

October 1, 2004.



Elion will accept the new prescription of Estonian Communications

Board  that decreases Elion´s estimated interconnection  revenues

about 14 million kroons (about 0.9 million euros) annually.
