Riga  Stock  exchange  Management Board on its meeting of September 10,

2004  resolved  to  suspend  the trading of JSC "Latvijas tilti" shares

starting  with  September 13, 2004, due to the failure on behalf of the

issuer  to  provide  Management  Board  report  as  a  part  of 6-month

financial  statements.  This  is  a  breach of the Financial Instrument

Market Law and of the RSE disclosure requirements for listed companies.



On  September  1,  2004  the  RSE  issued  a warning to the company for

failure to provide information on a timely basis (i.e. till August 31).

Despite  repeated  reminders, the company by the end of business day of

September 10, 2004 has not yet provided the information.
