Riga  Stock  Exchange  Management Board resolved to resume the trading

with JSC "Ogre" shares from 15:30 on September 1, 2004. The trading was

suspended  earlier  today.  Today, on September 1,  "Ogre" provided the

missing  information,  and  the  RSE  Management  Board carried out its

decision  pursuant  to  the  provisions  of  Item 12.2.4.3 of Financial

Instrument Trading Rules.
