Today  Riga  Stock  Exchange  Management  Board  resolve to suspend the

trading  with  JSC  "Ogre"  shares  due to the failure on behalf of the

company  to  provide interim financial statements for 6 months of 2004.

This  is  a  violation  of  the RSE Financial Instrument Trading Rules,

which  stipulate  that  August  31,  2004 is the deadline for providing

financial statements for 6 months of 2004.
