1. To decline the initiative of minority shareholder "Shelby Financial

    LLC"  and  Normunds  Sinkēvičs to close down the company operations

    and to initiate the dissolution process.

 2. To report the results of the meeting to the Riga Stock Exchange and

    Company Register.
