JSC  "Ogre"  informs  that  amendments  are  done  in the draft Company

Charter  published  on  July 7, 2004. Article 3.1. is amended from "the

Management  Board  of  the  Company  consists  of five members" to "the

Management Board of the Company consists of three members".
