IS  "Hansa Fondi" informs that new wording of the company charter and a

new  composition  of  Management  Board and Council were entered in the

Commercial  Register  on  July  6,  2004.  According  to  new  records,

company's  firm  name  is  AS  ieguldījumu  pārvaldes sabiedrība "Hansa

Fondi" (hereinafter - Company).



Company's Council members Mihkel Oim, Mareks Hauks and Jānis Dzenis are

released from their duties. Composition of the new Council is - Ingrīda

Blūma,  Uģis  Zemturis,  Māris  Mančinskis  and  Māris Avotiņš. All new

Council members are members of AS "Hansabanka" management board.



There  are  also  changes  in  the  company's  Management  Board: Jānis

Mūrmanis,  is  released  from  his  duties  and  the  new member of the

Management  Board  is Mareks Hauks, Head of AS "Hansabanka" Market Risk

Management and Analysis department.



The  above  changes  were  made  due  to  the amendments in the law "On

Investment Companies", in force on May 1, 2004, which allow to elect in

the  Company's  Council  Members  of  the  board  of  the  bank that is

Depository   bank  for  investment  funds  and  plans  under  Company's

management,  e.g.,  members  of  AS  "Hansabanka" Council. The Law also

states that word combination 'ieguldījumu pārvaldes sabiedrība' must be

included in the firm name.



  The new wording of the Company Charter 

 1. Firm name 

    The  company's  firm  name  is  AS ieguldījumu pārvaldes sabiedrība

    "Hansa Fondi" (hereinafter - Company). The abbreviation of the firm

    name is AS IPS "Hansa Fondi".

 2. Equity capital

    The Company's equity capital is LVL 435 000, which consists of 4350

    dematerialised registered shares with nominal value LVL 100.

 3. Executive body

    The  Company's executive body is a Management Board, which consists

    of three members.

    The Company can be represented by any two members.

    The  Management  Board of the Company resolves on the prospectuses,

    management  regulations  and  auditor  approval of investment funds

    founded by the Company.

 4. Council

    The Council consists of four members.
