As  resolved by the General Meeting of Shareholders of Preses Nams, JSC

that  is  a  daughter  company of Ventspils Nafta, JSC on 28 April 2004

some changes had been made in the Board and the Council of the Company.

The  following persons were appointed as Members of the Board of Preses

Nams, JSC on 28/4/2004:

Andris Puzo,

Aigars Laizāns,

Andis Ziedonis,

Lilita Seimuškāne,

Raimonds Grīniņš.

As Members of the Council of Preses Nams, JSC were appointed:

Aivars Tauriņš,

Andris Linužs,

Ilva Purēna,

Aldis Āķis,

Mārīte Grīnpauka.
