On  20  April  2004,  PJSC Grindeks purchased 150,000 shares of Tallinn

Pharmaceutical  Plant  (TPP), which constitutes 12 % of the total share

capital of TPP.

After  the  above-mentioned transaction, PJSC Grindeks holds 93.46 % of

the TPP share capital or 1,168,276 shares.
