JSC  "Latvijas  tilti"  AGM  of shareholders to will be held on May 11,

2004,  at  10:30, at the address 6 Bieķensalas Street, Riga, Conference

Hall. Registration will be open from 10:00. Agenda:

 1. Management Board report on 2003 performance.

 2. Report by Chairman of Supervisory Board.

 3. Certified auditor's report.

 4. Approval of Annual Report for 2003.

 5. Discharge  if  Management  Board  members  from liability from 2003

    operations;

 6. Distribution of 2003 profit;

 7. Registration of the company at the Commercial Register;

 8. Approval of the new version of full text of the Company Charter;

 9. Supervisory Board elections;

10. Elections of a certified auditor;

11. Other business.



Shareholders,  in  order  to participate at the meeting, shall have the

shares  blocked on the accounts by the end of business day of April 29,

2004.  A statement certifying the blocking of shares shall be presented

upon  registration,  together  with  a  personal ID. Representatives of

legal entities shall present a proxy as well.



Note  to the shareholders: further on, to comply with the provisions of

Articles  235 and 273 of Commercial Law, Management Board requests that

all  shareholders  disclose  the following information, and sent to the

company  by  mail  to  15 Granīta Street, Stopiņu pagasts, Riga region,

LV-1057,  or  by  fax 7259141, addressed to "Latvijas tilti" Management

Board:

Natural  persons  -  name,  surname,  personal code, address, number of

shares held, telephone number (optional);

Legal  entities  -  company  name,  registration number, legal address,

number of share held.

Further  on,  we  request  that  the present and would-be shareholders,

after buying shares, advise the company about the fact on the following

day,  or  about the changes in the size of holding, or about changes of

the address.
