Referring  to  the  article  titled  "It  is said that Grindeks targets

Belarus",  published  in  today's  Daily  Business,  Public Joint Stock

Company   Grindeks   informs,   that  the  company  regularly  explores

opportunities for co-operation with other pharmaceutical manufacturers.

This also includes the Borisov Pharmaceutical Plant of Belarus.

As  one  of  the  possible  co-operation forms under consideration is a

possibility  for  Grindeks  production  in  the  Belarus plant, because

Grindeks  continuously  works for optimising production costs, which is

the  main precondition for the ability to offer world quality medicines

for reasonable prices.

If  a  concrete  agreement is reached, PJSC Grindeks in accordance with

the  Riga  Stock Exchange Regulations on the Quotation of the Financial

Instruments  will  inform Riga Stock Exchange on all conditions arising

from the particular agreement.
