In  the first 2 months of 2004 JSC "Valmieras stikla šķiedra" net sales

amount  to  LVL  4.44 million (a 46.5% increase over the same period in

2003  -  LVL  3.03 million). This exceeds the 2004 January and February

target by 33.3% (LVL 3.33 million).

Net  profit  made  in  2  months of 2004 amounts to LVL 435.9 thousand,

exceeding  the  target  (LVL  201  thousand) and that made in 2003 (LVL

209.5 thousand) twice.

The  2003 results have not yet been audited - the audit begins on March

22, 2004.
