JSC   "Grindeks"   shareholders   and  their  representatives  who  had

registered  for  participation  at  the  repeated extraordinary general

meeting  of shareholders on February 10, 2004, are invited to reconvene

on  February 27, 2004 at 10:00. Venue: "Grindeks" conference hall at 53

Krustpils Street, Riga.

Registration open on the meeting day from 09:30 till 10:00 at the venue

of  the  meeting. A passport or an other personal ID has to be produced

upon registration.
