JSC "Valmieras stikla šķiedra" Management Board meeting will take place

on  February  18,  2004,  to discuss the investment plan for the period

from  2004 till 2008 at total value of EUR 30 million, including EUR 10

million  in  2004.  The investment will go to purchase of new equipment

and  machinery,  as  well as to modernisation of the existing equipment

and  technology.  The  purpose is to increase the range of products and

increase  output  volumes,  and  to  assure product quality to meet the

clients' needs.
