IS  "Hansa Fondi" informs, that in company's extraordinary shareholders

meeting  on  January  14, 2004 the decision has been made on changes in

the Council.

In accordance with this decision Māris Avotiņš was released from duties

of  the Council member and the following Council members were elected -

Mihkel  Oim,  Jānis  Dzenis  and  Mareks  Hauks  (head  of  Market Risk

Management  and  Analysis  department  of a/s "Hansabanka"; employed by

Hansabanka  from  1993).  Also  be  informed  that based on the Council

decision   from   January   15,  2004  Mareks  Hauks  was  elected  the

vice-chairman of the Council.

Aforementioned  changes  were registered with LR Commercial Register on

February 3, 2004.
