On  November 10, 2003 JSC "Grindeks" sold 26,500 Tallinn Pharmaceutical

Plant (TPP) shares or 2.12% of TTP share capital.



As  a  result of the transaction, "Grindeks" ownership in TTP is 74.68%

or 933,448 shares.
