The new "Guide to Listed Securities" issued

The RSE has published the new catalogue "Guide to Listed Securities
2003" about the best products in Latvian public securities market - RSE
listed Official and Second list shares and debt securities, as well as
the listed investment funds. The catalogue is published already the
seventh year in succession, and right now is the only available free
publication about public joint stock companies in Latvia. It contains
extensive information: financial statements, including for the first
half of 2003, company strategy and future plans, export markets,
management, trading history. The publication also provides overviews of
the key sectors in national economy, as well as offers analytical
information about Latvian economy. The previous years' editions have
received an approving valuation outside Latvia as well, and have been
frequently used as reference source about Latvian companies.

The catalogue will be distributed free of charge to international
investment funds, banks and investment companies, brokerage companies
and financial analysts, insurance companies - organisations that are
interested in investing in Latvian capital market instruments. The
publication will be distributed also to largest Latvian companies, mass
media and libraries specialising in financial information.

"Guide to Listed Securities 2003" is available in hard copy, as well as
in electronic format on the RSE Internet homepage <a href='http://www.rfb.lv' target='_blank'>http://www.rfb.lv</a> .
