In  the  middle  of  October  Vadims  Rabša  started  to  work as Chief

Financial  Officer  of  JSC "Latvijas balzams". His previous employment

was  with  audit firm "Ernst&Young"; as a part of audit team, Rabša has

participated  in  "Wimm-Bill-Dann Foods OJSC" IPO on the New York Stock

Exchange.
